110 Palmerston development–New Plans Available

For those of you interested in the new type of development proposed at 110 Palmerston, which bisects the property to produce a front and a back apartment, a new version of the plans are available.

Changes include: elimination of the variance adjacent to the property and reduced the footprint of the house so that it is now at least 0.45m from the property line to the north (resulting in reduced density from 1.33x to about 1.25x).
