110 Palmerston Avenue: To demolish the existing one-storey single family detached dwelling; and, to construct a three-storey residential building containing two dwelling units. Also, to construct a detached two-car garage at the rear.
146 Strachan. Part1: To alter the existing one-storey row house by constructing second and third storey additions, two front porches, a front basement walkout, front bay windows and a rear deck. Also, to convert the dwelling into two units. Part 2: To construct a new three-storey detached dwelling with an integral single car garage. Note: The new dwelling will front on to Massey Street.
