Public Hearings for Properties on Grace, Euclid and Adelaide–July 3, 2013

Three properties have filed for variances with the city’s committee of adjustment department, including:

  • 22 Grace Street
  • 354 Euclid Avenue
  • 906 Adelaide Street W

22 Grace Street

Purpose of the Application: To construct a two story addition to the rear of the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling. An accessory structure (detached garage) will be constructed in the rear yard.

354 Euclid Avenue

Purpose of the Application: To construct a one-storey rear addition including a rear deck at the second floor level. To construct a third storey addition including a rear deck at the third storey level. To make interior alterations thereby creating a converted house with two dwelling units.

Purpose of the Application: To construct a rear ground floor addition and a third floor addition to the existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling.
