Trinity-Spadina is the fastest-growing riding in Toronto, where new homes (mostly condos) for 30,000 people have been built in just the last five years, with more on the way. Many people might not know about Tarion, but it plays a huge role in determining the quality of developments in this riding. And so I felt this article might be of interest to you.
The article mentions the consumer group, Canadians for Properly Built Homes. CPBH’s president, Karen Somerville, posted the following comment on the Toronto Star’s site:
