This Saturday (Dec 19, 2015): Bus Service Only on Queen St W

Toronto Hydro will be conducting work on Queen Street West between Lisgar Street to Dovercourt Road. To accommodate this work, streetcars on the 501 Queen route will be temporarily diverted on Saturday, December 19, 2015 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

A bus service will operate on Queen Street West between Roncesvalles Avenue and Bathurst Street.

  • 501 Queen streetcars will divert both ways via; Queen Street, Shaw Street, King Street and The Queensway to regular routing.
  • 501 Queen buses will operate both ways between Sunnyside Loop (near Queen/Roncesvalles) and the Queen/Bathurst area. Buses will turn back to westbound routing via; Queen Street, Ryerson Avenue, Wolseley Street, Denison Street and Queen Street.
