To alter the existing 2½-storey detached dwelling by constructing: a rear two-storey, a side and rear third-floor addition, to reconstruct the front porch stairs and to construct a new rear detached garage.
To alter the existing 2½-storey two unit rowhouse/townhouse by constructing: a front one-storey addition to the attic with a rear roof top deck and a new rear second-storey deck stairwell.
To alter the existing 2½-storey detached dwelling containing two dwelling units by constructing a rear second storey addition and rear exterior stairs from the ground floor to the second floor.
To legalize and maintain the one-storey front addition, front basement walkout, and front second floor balcony which were constructed without a building permit.
To convert the existing 2½-storey building into a licensed rooming house with six dwelling rooms.
To legalize and maintain the rear one-storey addition which was constructed without a building permit.
To alter the existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling by constructing a rear ground floor deck with pergola, side walls, and hot tub.
To construct a new 3-storey detached dwelling.

The Committee of Adjustment is comprised of citizen members and Councillors do not sit on this committee. They regularly hold public hearings to consider applications for minor variances, permission and consents.
